Step into the ancient monastic rhythm of ora et labora, pray and work. After a short introduction and centering prayer, we’ll spend the day in silence doing simple tasks around The Anchor House, small things done with love, and then close in a circle of prayer and sharing. Dress for light indoor and outdoor work.
