Attending to Our Inner Lives Through

Questions that Grow Us & Questions that Challenge Us

Working with the Layers of the Enneagram

An Advanced Workshop with Sandra Smith

Friday, February 20, 2026 | 12:30-5:00pm | $25 | The Anchor House

The Enneagram map is multi-dimensional and the learning is endless. This workshop explores numerous “pieces” of the Enneagram including the subtypes, the strengths of our resource points, as well as the components of our Enneagram type.

In celebration of The Center’s 25th anniversary, this workshop will offer 25 questions.

Questions that participants can work with during the workshop and beyond to deepen their self-understanding.

Questions like “How do you celebrate yourself?” and “What blocks your joy?”

Usually, key growth work involves inquiring into our inner life and the structure of our daily living. Participants will engage this inquiry through self-reflection and small group conversations.

Living Open-Hearted

The Enneagram Map indicates how we minimize living with an open heart. How might we find the courage to live open-hearted more often than not?

We will conclude our time with a ritual of promise to ourselves—to make space in our lives “for the singing of angels.” (Mystic Howard Thurman).
