Rafa is a gathering of Contemplative Prayer, Lament and Healing. For about 45 minutes, we will co-create a space that helps you experience yourself in God and God in you. Through simple meditative songs, short reflective readings, and extended silence, we will quiet ourselves in body, mind, and heart so we might be more open and receptive to the Beloved’s life-giving, healing words for us. For those who seek it, we will also offer a time of healing prayer.
The May Rafa service is happening off-campus at Westminster United Methodist Church.
